TEHRAN -- “Marriage, Iranian Style” directed by Hassan Fat’hi is currently on screen in cinemas in France.

The film premiered last week in the cities of Paris, Cologne, and Lyons, and this is the first time that an Iranian movie is being shown simultaneously in several cinema halls in a foreign country.
The film has received various critiques in French newspapers.
“Marriage, Iranian Style” tells the story of an Iranian girl who wants to marry a foreigner. Her father is a religiously dogmatic merchant and this results in many problems for the young couple.
